Email [email protected] from the address on your Clockr account. For a meeting, include the booking reference from your receipt (it starts with CLK-). We answer within one business day, and sooner on the day of a meeting.

Payments and cancellations

When you are charged. Booking at the Ask holds your card; nothing is charged until the seller accepts. A bid charges nothing until the seller confirms and you pay. Money is held by Clockr until the meeting is verified in person with a code, and released to the seller 24 hours after it ends unless a problem is reported.

Cancelling. The cancellation terms are shown before you pay and again on the meeting screen. For most meetings: a full refund more than 48 hours before, half inside 48 hours, none inside 24 hours or for a no-show. Meetings booked at short notice have shorter terms, shown before you book. A seller who cancels refunds you in full. A meeting that never starts is refunded in full.

Receipts. Every paid meeting has a receipt in the app, on the meeting screen and under Past, with a PDF you can share.

Your account

Sign-in. Sign in with Apple, or with your email and a one-time code. There is no password to reset.

Identity verification. Optional for buyers, and it lifts the first-meeting card limit. Stripe scans your ID and takes a selfie; Clockr keeps the result, never the images. If a check fails, tap "Ask support to review" in the app.

Deleting your account. Account, Privacy, "Delete my account". You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again; after that the account is anonymized. Bookings and payments stay as records without your name.

Safety and reporting

Everyone on Clockr has verified their identity. First meetings happen in a public place the seller chooses, one on one. You can block anyone, report any profile or message, and report a problem with a meeting from the meeting screen, which holds the money until we look. Copy in the app says "identity verified" and means exactly that; Clockr is a venue, not a guarantor.

Selling

Sellers are approved by hand. Apply from the app or at getclockr.com. You keep 80 percent of every meeting, or 90 percent on a booking that arrives through your own Clockr link. If you invited a seller, you earn 5 percent of their meetings in their first year, out of Clockr's fee. Payouts arrive through Stripe the day after each meeting.
